Job Summary

Weis Markets is seeking a skilled Frozen Food Sales Associate to join our team. As a Frozen Food Sales Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing frozen food department, ensuring that products are fresh and saleable, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, cooler, and backroom, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
• Ensure that frozen food products are properly rotated, priced, and displayed to meet customer demands and achieve efficiency and productivity standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, resolving concerns, and promoting products in a polite and professional manner.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, checking-in, breaking-down, and storing deliveries, as well as baling cardboard and other related duties, as needed.
• Help review orders to manage inventory levels, minimize loss, and report damages and discrepancies to management.
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to ensure smooth department and store operations, and continuously improve job performance.

• Education and/or experience completed or working towards a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). No prior experience required.
