Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and engage every customer as they enter and exit the store.
  2. Efficiently handle transactions at the register.
  3. Stay informed about current promotions and advertisements to effectively assist customers and enhance sales.
  4. Maintain an organized and tidy front-end workspace.
  5. Support inventory management by assisting with receiving shipments, pricing items, and merchandising products.
  6. Communicate customer needs to Team Leaders as necessary.
  7. Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
  8. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least six months of experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Capable of organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to push and pull items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Frequent bending and twisting motions.
  • Frequent gripping, reaching, and pinching with hands and arms.
  • Occasional squatting, kneeling, balancing, and climbing ladders.
  • Regular ability to see, hear, and communicate.
  • Ability to maintain alertness and safety in the workplace.
