As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with a caseload of 6-8 children in a center-based setting, providing individualized support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a caseload of 6-8 children in a center-based setting
  • Train and manage Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide parent coaching and collaborate with other disciplines, including Speech and Occupational Therapy
  • Utilize evidence-based practices, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to drive positive outcomes

Requirements:

  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification
  • Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
