Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at IAS Associates. As a PTA, you will work under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to help patients recover from various medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physical therapists in evaluating patients' conditions and needs.
  • Implement individualized treatment programs as directed by the supervising therapist.
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families about the recovery process and home exercises.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
