We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fleet Integration Specialist to join our team at V2X. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) research and development (R&D) programs.
Key Responsibilities- Program Coordination: Work with customers and the warfighter operational community to define gaps, drive requirements, develop project task descriptions, specifications, integrated roadmaps, and detailed schedules with regard to fleet integration.
- Technical Support: Support and coordinate technical reviews, data analysis, and reports, and report team and contract execution/status.
- Documentation Development: Support the development of acquisition and technical documentation.
- Fleet Integration Focal Point: Serve as the fleet integration focal point for coordination of technical project status and task execution throughout the design, engineering, integration, test, and program execution process.
- Project Evaluation: Support and provide insight to determine the effectiveness of project execution and recommend modifications to task processes for future project activities or design reviews.
- Future Planning: Work with the Project Management and Task Lead(s) to develop out-year planning for future capabilities, and provide input to roadmaps for analysis, risk reduction, development, and integration of advanced capabilities.
- Contract Analysis: Analyze contractor proposals as permitted by law and regulation.
- Task Execution: Develop, execute, monitor, and report status on multiple assigned project task efforts, including analysis of test data.
- Travel Requirements: Significant (20-40%) travel is required for this position.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Security Clearance: Active U.S. DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience: Ten (10) or more years of experience in transitioning technology and platforms from acquisition community to the operational community.
- Skills: Proficient in all Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills. Experience coordinating operations across multiple organizational boundaries. Experience working in a dynamic, schedule-constrained, and complex security environment.
