Job Summary:

As a Surgical Technologist Intern at Baptist Memorial Health Care, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms. Your primary responsibility will be to assist surgeons and medical staff during surgical procedures, maintaining a safe and sterile environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and decontaminate surgical instruments and equipment
Assist surgeons and medical staff during surgical procedures
Maintain a safe and sterile environment for patients
Participate in performance improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a surgical or cardiovascular technologist program
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
