We oversee the development, testing, operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and quality assurance of both user and operating systems, providing robust support for game development and publishing.


Job Overview:


Design and implement the deployment architecture for the international gaming operations, ensuring the consistent performance of online services.


Conduct daily maintenance of game servers, manage server operations, execute online environment modifications, and handle data backups along with monitoring and alert processing.


Diagnose and resolve issues related to critical service operations, assist in analyzing and optimizing service performance bottlenecks, and take charge of rapid fault response and resolution in the online environment.


Collaborate with domestic teams to enhance the design and functionality of game operation and maintenance tools, including deployment changes, monitoring systems, alerts, logs, traceability, and network optimization.


Maintain key Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics for the game, ensuring operational support aligns with efficiency, cost-effectiveness, quality, and security standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Proficient in Kubernetes (K8S) or similar container orchestration technologies.


Experienced with AWS and GCP, possessing hands-on project experience, and familiar with cloud-based load balancing, database services, network configuration, and storage management.

Knowledgeable in CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies, with practical experience in setup, deployment, resource management, and version control.


Able to formulate actionable solutions based on complex scenarios in response to business needs, while effectively coordinating and communicating with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.


Exhibits strong ownership of assigned responsibilities, along with a proactive approach to exploring new technologies and the ability to learn and execute swiftly.


Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or development within the internet sector.

Experience in the gaming industry or managing platform-oriented internet products is advantageous.
