Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Technical Product Manager to join our Search Experience team. As a Principal Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative search experiences that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product management, to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product vision and strategy that aligns with Amazon's overall business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new search experiences that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that search experiences are scalable, reliable, and performant.
  • Work with design teams to create user-centered designs that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on search or recommendation systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
