Job Title: Principal Product Manager

Amazon's Advertising Technology team is seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager to lead the ad-identity team. This team forms the backbone of our programmatic advertising business and supports multiple teams in the advertising ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute cross-functional products in partnership with business and program leaders across Amazon Advertising.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work customer backwards to define new products and initiatives that will work at scale.
  • Own key metrics and drive continuous improvement by working closely with engineering and other stakeholders.
  • Interface with industry partners and drive key business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
