Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Select Medical Corporation. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting healing and recovery in a compassionate environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to patients with complex medical needs, including bathing, oral hygiene, and hair care.
  • Respond promptly to patient needs and requests, ensuring timely and efficient care.
  • Participate in hourly rounds to assess patient needs and provide updates to the care team.
  • Transport patients to and from treatment centers, assisting with mobility and safety as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, including patient rooms and equipment.
  • Restock supplies and equipment as directed, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant work experience or nursing certification preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • Previous hospital experience as a nursing assistant or related field, or current enrollment in a nursing program.
