Compensation and Benefits:

Position Overview:
The Retail Event Marketer will participate in scheduled shifts at retail outlets, generating leads for the local office through consistent interaction with potential customers.
Accountable for surpassing assigned lead targets and objectives set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers and deliver product demonstrations utilizing high energy and positive interaction techniques.
- Operate effectively with minimal supervision while keeping the manager updated.
- Achieve established performance targets.
- Generate high-quality leads for our top-rated products.
Job Requirements:
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Attention to detail and punctuality are crucial.
- A smartphone is required.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to inform potential customers about our offerings.
- High energy and engagement levels for extended periods.
- Ability to utilize our proven system to generate leads for our leading product.
