We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer-Hardware to lead and contribute to hardware designs for R&D programs in our Government Systems group in Boulder, CO.

This position requires a self-motivated person who is proactive and goal oriented, with a strong track record of increasing responsibility in specification, analysis, design, test, and troubleshooting of PCB's and PCBA's.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum BSEE and 10+ years of industry experience, with knowledge of PCB and PCBA manufacturing processes, procedures, and best practices.

Responsibilities will include creating, analyzing, supporting, and improving electronic designs, working within cross-functional teams, and establishing and maintaining relationships with key partners and suppliers.

This in-office position is located in Boulder, Colorado and may require some occasional travel.
