Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact for customers and their employees, providing expert advice and support.
- Conduct quality and performance control, as well as optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Acquire new customers, prepare quotations, calculate maintenance and operator orders, and coordinate subcontractors and own employees.
- Prepare documentation and reporting, as well as warranty tracking, to ensure seamless communication and record-keeping.
Requirements
- Hold a technician or master's degree in the field of supply (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing) or electrical engineering, or completed vocational training as a systems mechanic for HVAC or electrician.
- Have relevant experience as an object manager or in a comparable position within technical facility management.
- Have a basic understanding of business administration and be proficient in using common MS Office programs.
