Job Overview

The Progressive Life Center is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage voicemail messages.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
