Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at JM Eagle. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Operate and maintain forklifts, sweepers, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Close out work orders and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Assist in the startup and shutdown of major equipment during emergencies.
  • Participate in resolving parts room issues and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to JM Eagle's safety policies and procedures, including lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Report incidents immediately and participate in removing hazards.
  • Attend toolbox topics training and safety training assigned to your shifts.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of experience in maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
