Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at the AEG arena. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the cash register area and surrounding areas.
  • Restock supplies and merchandise as needed, and communicate with the Concessions Stand Manager regarding low stock levels.
  • Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages responsibly, and verify the age of guests purchasing alcoholic beverages.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Three or more months' experience in the food service industry preferred.
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn to handle cash and operate a cash register and corresponding system.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude with coworkers, managers, volunteers, and guests.
