- Supervise and train maintenance staff on respective shifts, ensuring efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Oversee corrective and preventative maintenance on commercial-grade cleaning machines, including installations, repairs, and modifications.
- Manage the maintenance of facilities and surrounding areas, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Electro-technology, vocational technical training, or military technical training.
- At least 3 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing or processing facility/plant.
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading maintenance staff.
- Ability to pass a technical assessment, demonstrating electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $89,000 - $100,000 per year.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, insurance, and PTO.
