As a Construction Site Assistant Manager, you will be stationed on-site throughout the project's construction phase, which typically spans 12 to 18 months. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Site Manager and manage relationships with various stakeholders while collaborating with different groups within the Project Management Department.
This position encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, providing essential technical support for projects that are in the planning and construction stages of utility-scale renewable energy developments.
The role demands a versatile skill set, as you will engage in various field-level tasks, assist multiple site team disciplines, and work closely with both site and home office team members.
You will liaise with third-party engineering firms to devise effective solutions for project challenges, engage with renewable energy equipment manufacturers, and offer technical assistance as required. Being assigned to a specific project necessitates travel.
Additionally, you will be expected to coordinate with local authorities and the community, oversee project site facilities, and ensure adherence to quality standards during field assessments and construction activities.
