Store Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to lead our Tiffany & Co. store in Salt Lake City. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of sales and operations professionals to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and sales growth.
• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and drive sales growth.
• Manage and motivate the team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
• Proven track record of sales generation and managing sales goals.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
