About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to lead our Tiffany & Co. store in Salt Lake City. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of sales and operations professionals to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and sales growth.
• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the in-store experience and drive customer satisfaction.
• Manage and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
• Proven track record of sales generation and managing sales teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
