Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Creative Werks. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and extend equipment lifespan
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and production lines
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve equipment-related issues
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment issues and implement corrective actions
  • Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a food or high-speed environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and insurability under our company's insurance policy
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a fast-paced production environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels. You must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move equipment and materials
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use ladders, scaffolding, and scissor lifts safely
  • Ability to work in cramped spaces and confined areas
