Position: Manufacturing Support Specialist (2nd Shift)

Shift Hours: 12:45 PM - 9:00 PM, Monday - Friday

As a Manufacturing Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in the execution of production techniques, workflows, and operations for both new and existing items. Your contributions will be essential in achieving outlined objectives to ensure efficient production processes and the safe creation of high-quality finished goods.

This position involves hands-on engagement with process machinery, adhering to established operational plans while complying with Key Performance Indicators, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct production tasks in accordance with guidelines and cGMPs to guarantee product quality.
  • Communicate the status of processes to resolve any arising issues promptly.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of production activities to ensure traceability for each batch.
  • Oversee production progress through equipment monitoring, in-process evaluations, and particle assessments.
  • Assist in inventory management and may participate in warehouse operations, including overtime as required.

Your Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in production or food service.
  • Capability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as necessary throughout the shift.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
