Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ready Mix Driver to join our team at Cornerstone Recruiting. As a Ready Mix Driver, you will be responsible for hauling ready mix concrete in a front-end mixer truck and delivering it to commercial contractors. You will also be responsible for laying concrete to the correct measurements and answering any questions clients may have.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and mixing: Loading the truck with cement and mixing the concrete before the job
  • Delivering concrete: Driving the truck to construction sites and pouring concrete based on job specifications
  • Cleaning and maintaining company vehicle and after each delivery, and performing other maintenance tasks
  • Performing pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections, including tire pressure, brakes, air pressure, fluid levels, and lights
  • Attaching extension chutes to the end of the primary chute
  • Working in various conditions: Working in a variety of settings and conditions, including uneven ground, mud, and ice
Requirements
  • CDL B License
  • 2+ years of dump truck driving experience
Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23 - $28 per hour and includes health and dental benefits, 401k, and PTO.
