Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the VDC Sheet Metal team by delegating project tasks and ensuring adherence to project specifications.
  • Maintain project timelines, effectively managing VDC hours to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and create pipe models using Revit, collaborating with project managers to establish VDC schedules.
  • Conduct training sessions for the sheet metal team, ensuring that models meet quality assurance and quality control standards while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • AAS/BA in a relevant field or equivalent experience; certifications may be necessary.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, integrity, and enthusiasm.
  • Technical expertise in sheet metal.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HVAC VDC.
  • At least 7 years of experience in 3D modeling and coordination.
  • Proficiency in Navisworks, Revit, and Stratus.
  • Familiarity with Trimble Connect and Vic Tools.
  • Project management skills with the ability to oversee complex projects and foster a results-oriented environment.
