About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse with Ascension, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a long-term care setting. Our team is dedicated to delivering compassionate, personalized care to our residents, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that each resident receives the highest level of care possible.

Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, serving as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, ensuring that each resident receives timely and effective care.

Requirements:

Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date required. Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
