Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with various physical therapy needs
  • Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Physical Therapist License: Must be licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin or be eligible for licensure through the Physical Therapy Compact
  • Education: Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
  • Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification and any other certifications required by the state of Wisconsin

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $24.00-$28.00 per hour, based on a 40-hour workweek and an 8-hour shift. The actual hourly rate may vary depending on factors such as shift length and experience.
