Compensation and Benefits:
">The estimated annual salary for this position is $165,000, with monthly productivity bonuses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, 401k with employer matching and participation, medical, vision, and dental insurance, short term and long term disability insurance, $1,500 CME allowance, malpractice insurance covered by employer, medical licensure expenses reimbursed by employer, opportunities for training, and all equipment and practice expenses covered. We also offer an employer-paid life insurance policy.
">Job Overview:
">We are seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Healthcare Provider to join our team at Theoria Medical. As a clinical excellence specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centered care to patients residing in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). Your duties will include rounding daily, prescribing medications and treatments, and timely documentation of all patient care/encounters.
">Shift Structure:
">Our shifts begin around 7AM local time with flexibility within reason. You will be working daily Monday-Friday, with rounding time from 7AM-1PM local time. Charting/documentation can be completed off-site, and this is an in-person position.
