As a Room Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring the cleanliness and condition of guest accommodations. Your role includes:

1. Document the status of cleaned rooms and complete checklists to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
2. Oversee room assignments and specify the type of cleaning required for each area.
3. Conduct inspections of guest rooms post-cleaning to verify adherence to quality expectations.
4. Respond promptly to requests from guests and collaborate with other departments.
5. Assist management in various functions including hiring, training, and evaluating team members.
Safety and Compliance:
Follow all safety and security protocols, reporting any maintenance issues or hazards. Ensure that all flammable materials are stored properly and that personal appearance remains professional.
Guest Interaction:
Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, addressing their needs and concerns with genuine appreciation.
Operational Efficiency:
Identify and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety within the housekeeping department.
Team Collaboration:
Develop positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting team goals and responding to concerns appropriately.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 55 pounds, maneuver housekeeping carts over uneven surfaces, and perform various physical tasks throughout the work shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
Compensation and Benefits:
