Job Summary:

As a key member of our team at Community Credit Union, the Branch Support Specialist will play a critical role in providing exceptional financial services to our members. This position requires a strong ability to motivate and influence others, with a focus on delivering knowledgeable, friendly, and professional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist members with loan requests, conducting interviews and gathering necessary data for underwriting.
  • Maximize credit union cross-sales of loans and loan-related products and services.
  • Monitor and review credit union loan direct loan applications, approved but not funded loan applications, Rate Genius and indirect loans, and mortgage loans.
  • Identify and address missed cross-sales opportunities for potential follow-up.
  • Provide temporary supervisory oversight for the Branch in the absence of the Branch Manager.


Requirements:


  • 5-10 years of similar or related experience.
  • A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.
  • Effective communication and supervisory/training experience.
  • Ability to motivate and influence others, with a focus on delivering knowledgeable, friendly, and professional service and support.
