Job Summary

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and ensure compliance with company standards and safety codes
  • Support and assist the construction schedule, ensuring timely completion and high-quality products
  • Provide clear answers to buyers about the homebuilding process and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or technical degree in construction or related field preferred
  • Quick learner with a desire to grow in the homebuilding industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
