Traveling Cardiac Care Specialist Opportunity in Texas

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Galveston, TX.
Job Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care during cardiac catheterization procedures, including pre- and post-procedure care.
- Monitor patient vitals and sedation levels to ensure safety throughout procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and manage patient sedation as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Active RN license in Texas.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are necessary.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab or critical care setting is required.
- Expertise in cardiac procedures and patient monitoring is essential.
- Experience in a Level 1 trauma center is mandatory.
- The ability to pass background checks, drug screens, and onboarding in compliance with The Joint Commission standards is required.
- A 50-mile radius rule applies, limiting local applicants.
