Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Specialist to join our team in the 2024/2025 school year. As a Behavior Specialist, you will work closely with students who require behavioral support, helping them achieve their academic and social goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Behavior Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations of student behavior to identify challenges and create personalized behavior plans.
  • Student Support: Provide one-on-one interventions to address behavioral challenges, making real-time adjustments as needed.
  • Training & Collaboration: Train teachers and staff on how to support students' behavior plans, ensuring a strong support system for students.
  • Plan Monitoring: Continuously track student progress and update behavior plans to ensure students remain on the right path.
Qualifications
  • Certification: Must have a valid BCBA certification.
  • Experience: While school experience is helpful, strong communication and behavior plan development skills are key.
