About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinician to join our team at Family Services. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Centers, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered and community-informed support to individuals seeking to make a positive change in their lives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy to clients
  • Assist with the pre-intake, intake, and screening of new clients
  • Complete differential diagnoses and refer clients to appropriate programs
  • Create and modify treatment plans for clients
  • Complete administrative tasks, including maintaining case records and documenting client contacts
  • Develop and implement follow-up studies to determine program effectiveness
  • Coordinate with outside agencies and provide clients with information and educational community activities
  • Act as a client advocate and liaison with community resources
  • Provide training to colleagues on mental health treatment
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker R - Psychotherapy Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Strong administrative, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
