Glen Raven Inc. is seeking a dedicated professional for the position of Credit and Collections Representative. This role is integral to our financial operations, focusing on credit assessments and the management of collections within an assigned portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough credit evaluations and analyses for both new and existing clients to determine risk levels and establish appropriate credit limits.
- Manage and reduce delinquency rates within your assigned portfolio.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing collection inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain effective communication and follow-up with sales and customer service teams.
- Review and authorize credit holds as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Accounting or Business, or equivalent experience of 3 years in a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
- Strong negotiation capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, alongside superior verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with OMS and Oracle Financials is advantageous.
