Position: Client Services Coordinator / Scheduler

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally manage all inquiries from clients and caregivers
  • Develop and maintain the staffing schedule using our WellSky staffing system
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients, staff, and referral sources
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls
  • Answer and triage calls from caregivers, clients, and potential clients
  • Ensure caregiver compliance with company standards
  • Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as directed by ownership
  • Maintain accurate records and database information for both caregivers and clients
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to meet client staffing requirements
  • Provide daily updates to the leadership team
  • Participate in on-call rotations, with additional compensation for weekend duties

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in scheduling or staffing is essential, preferably in the home care or health care sector
  • Background in case management or social work is preferred
  • Experience with scheduling and tracking authorizations for VA home care programs is advantageous
  • Ability to learn quickly with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Professional demeanor and outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities and strong interpersonal skills
  • Organized with the capacity to manage multiple tasks
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, fostering strong relationships with colleagues
  • Proficient in basic computer software; experience with ClearCare/WellSky is a plus
  • Flexible, reliable, and a team-oriented individual
  • Understanding of the Continuum of Care is beneficial

Job Type: Full-Time Salaried
Salary Range: $50,000 - $53,000 annually, based on experience
