Position Overview:
The Lead Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive cost accounting support across various manufacturing sites. This position is essential for the development and execution of standardized financial processes and procedures within the roofing system product line.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide full financial oversight for plant management.
2. Track detailed capital and operational expenditures related to ongoing plant construction projects.
3. Transition to overseeing multiple plant operations.
4. Review, analyze, and authorize all expenditures related to projects and facility maintenance.
5. Prepare monthly forecasts and annual operating plans.
6. Conduct month-end and year-end closing activities.
7. Assist in the formulation of plant Bill of Materials (BOMs), routing, and standards.
8. Drive the creation of the financial operating plan for the plant.
9. Prepare and analyze month-end reports and project updates.
10. Collaborate with the BPS/IT team to address system issues and support integrated plant setups in SAP.
11. Reconcile related general ledger accounts.
12. Continuously enhance financial processes and procedures for projects and plant operations.
13. Conduct financial and strategic analyses to facilitate informed business decisions and investments.
14. Identify and promote cost reduction and working capital opportunities.
15. Participate in plant and project procurement activities.
16. Undertake additional assignments as required.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
2. At least 2 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing setting.
3. Proven leadership skills and analytical capabilities.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong focus on process improvement.
6. Proficient in computer applications.
7. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
8. Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes.
9. Knowledge of month-end and year-end closing procedures.
10. Moderate travel may be required.
11. Understanding of variance analysis and working knowledge of ERP systems.
12. Manufacturing experience with hands-on collaboration with operations teams (e.g., Plant Managers, Engineers, Production Superintendents).
