Job Title: Retail Food Services Manager 2

Sodexo is seeking a Retail Food Services Manager 2 to manage retail operations at a newly acquired account, Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk, OH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Deliver financial targets and goals, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Conduct regular safety walks and employee safety in-service trainings, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Assist with retail outlet product inventory and ordering, ensuring efficient supply chain management.
  • Lead and develop a team of retail employees, providing coaching and feedback to drive performance.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills, with previous supervisory experience in a retail or food service environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Servsafe certification and working knowledge of HACCP.
