Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that rooms are cleaned and sanitized to meet company standards, including dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Restock rooms with clean linen, bedding, and towels, as well as amenities such as soap, tissues, and drinking glasses.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, and hotel surroundings to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Identify and report lost and found items to the hotel's lost and found procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are cleaned and ready for guests in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
