Job Title: Principal SAP SD Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal SAP SD Consultant to join our team at Infosys. As a key player in our consulting team, you will be responsible for helping our clients discover and define problem statements, identify areas of improvement, evaluate solution options, and make recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage turnaround expectations from the team in terms of SLA/KPIs
  • Front-end deliverables of the team with client stakeholders
  • Create detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts
  • Implement deployment plans
  • Support knowledge transfer to provide value-adding consulting solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
  • At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology
  • Experience in SAP SD module, including leading Application Maintenance Support (AMS) and at least 2 full life cycle project implementations
  • Strong in-depth experience in Logistics Execution, EDI/Idoc Integration, Order Management / Shipping, and system integration areas
  • Desired experience in GTS and Event Management
  • Cross-functional module knowledge
  • Ability to analyze business requirements, provide conceptual and detail design, perform necessary SAP configurations, write detailed specifications for the development of ABAP custom programs, testing, and implementing automated solutions
  • Ability to understand and monitor contractual SLAs/KPIs for Support deliverables
  • Project experience on Interfaces with both SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Ability to work and connect with the team remotely
