About the Role:

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting medical screenings and phlebotomy procedures on donors to ensure their safety and well-being
  • Answering phones and greeting donors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Using our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinating donor compensation and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

What You Bring to BioLife:

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
