Job Description

Concrete Structures Inc is seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in estimating and be proficient in executing all aspects of estimating, including foundations, excavation, and superstructures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bid packages and quantity take-offs for various projects
  • Interface with clients, owner's representatives, account executives, and contractors
  • Develop and maintain strong organizational skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in estimating and construction
  • Proficiency in Onscreen Takeoff and Planswift
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
