Job Title: Construction Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at Concrete Structures Inc.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing bid packages, quantity take-offs, and estimates on various projects electronically. They will also interface with clients, owner's representatives, account executives, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bid packages and estimates on various projects electronically
  • Interface with clients, owner's representatives, account executives, and contractors
  • Must be organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Experience with construction drawings and specifications
  • Good computer skills (Onscreen Takeoff, Planswift)

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in estimating and bidding
  • Ability to conceptually budget and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a demanding environment
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure project success
