Job Summary

The Delivery Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products to our field tower crews in a timely and professional manner. This role requires a valid driver's license and a minimum of 2 years of experience driving 26' box trucks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a 26' ft box truck according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
  • Transport loads safely and in a timely manner, obeying all traffic laws and observing all safety regulations.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of materials, using specialized equipment when warranted.
  • Perform a VIR- vehicle inspection report on a monthly basis.
  • Responsible for general organization of truck and cleanliness of truck both in and out.
  • Conscientious regarding the safety of him/herself at times as well as the safety of every other crew member or individual on the job site.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license in good standing and ability to pass a DOT Physical.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years driving 26' box trucks, warehouse experience strong desired.
  • Experience using fork truck, order picker and hand trucks.
  • Show up for work daily and on time.
  • Experience with a forklift desired, but not required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Dependable, reliable and has the ability to prioritize.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to speak professionally and courteously with customers and staff at delivery points.
  • Ability to use GPS.
  • Must pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state department(s) of transportation regulations.
