Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver Class B to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for driving a tractor-trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes, delivering and/or unloading food and food-related products to customers in a safe and timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform all required safety checks, including pre/post trip inspections, to ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
  • Drive to and deliver customer orders according to predetermined routes and schedules.
  • Unload products from the trailer, transport items into designated customer storage areas, and verify delivery of items with customers.
  • Collect money (cash or checks) where required and load customer returns onto the trailer.
  • Ensure that tractor, trailer, and freight are properly locked and/or secured.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties in the tractor, loading dock area, and keep trailers clear and clean as required.
Requirements:
  • 12 months commercial driving experience.
  • Valid CDL B.
  • Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable).
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years.
  • Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
  • Pass road test.
  • Valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card.
