Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Purchasing Manager to become a vital part of our Manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities:

6. Collaborating with various departments to ascertain needs, specifications, and potential suppliers.
7. Ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
8. Supervising quality control measures related to material procurement.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Purchasing Manager role should possess the following qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a purchasing management capacity within the manufacturing sector.
3. Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, negotiation, strategic planning, supplier relationship management, budgeting, forecasting, materials management, and quality assurance.
4. In-depth knowledge of essential materials used in manufacturing is a MUST.
5. Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to perform cost analyses and implement cost-saving initiatives.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently and meeting deadlines.
8. A proactive mindset, with the ability to foresee potential challenges and implement effective solutions.
9. A comprehensive understanding of industry standards and regulations.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement management software.
