About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Altium Packaging. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of mechanical and electrical personnel to ensure the proper functioning of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel to ensure safe and effective maintenance procedures
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program that incorporates preventative and routine maintenance activities to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs and develop solutions to improve equipment availability and reliability
  • Manage and maintain spare parts inventory to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of maintenance personnel
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize maintenance operations
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze maintenance data and develop solutions to improve equipment availability and reliability
