Surgical Sales Development Representative

About the RoleThis role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with a publicly traded surgical robotics company, driving innovation and growth in the market.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in North LA, covering the San Fernando Valley up to Arroyo Grande. You will also assist in supporting the LA, OC, and San Diego markets from time to time.
Your primary focus will be on building relationships with Urologists, hospitals, hospital staff, and office staff, introducing our cutting-edge Robotics products and services.
Requirements and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from an accredited reputable institution
- MUST HAVE 2-3 years Operating Room experience in the medical device industry
Cour Consultants provides a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive base salary of $90K, with a total compensation of $160K, car allowance, full expenses, 401K, medical/dental benefits, and more.

- Zoom interview with 1 other ASR on team (consistent)
- Zoom interview with Director
- Zoom interview with VP of Sales
- In-person interview with Hiring manager
The ideal location to reside is Pasadena, Fontana, or Riverside, while Palm Springs may not be the best location for this role.
