About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations, taking into consideration their medical history and physician recommendations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as heat, cold, and electrical stimulation.
  • Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families on proper home exercise programs and self-care techniques.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay current on best practices in physical therapy.
  • Ensure documentation is completed thoroughly and timely, complying with company and state/federal regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and modalities.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan with employer match, generous paid time off policy, flexible schedule, and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.
