This is a part-time opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to the growth and development of our patients. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their full potential and improve their quality of life.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

- Collaborate with patients and healthcare professionals to establish goals and develop treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique needs.

- Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including exercises, activities of daily living, and adaptive equipment, to help patients achieve their goals and improve their functional abilities.

- Monitor and document patients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal results.

- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on strategies to improve function and promote independence.

- Conduct assessments of clients' home and other environments to provide recommendations for modifications and adaptations that support their needs and capabilities.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies in occupational therapy through ongoing education and professional development.

**Requirements:**

- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist is mandatory.

- Familiarity with electronic documentation systems, such as Net Health, is a plus.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and the ability to apply them in a clinical setting.

- Experience working with patients across the lifespan, including adult and geriatric populations.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience in a variety of clinical settings, such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, schools, or home health.

- Specialized training or certification in areas like geriatrics or neurorehabilitation can be an asset.
