Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) is a vital member of our care team at Osage Rehab & Healthcare Center. As a CNA, you will provide exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met with compassion and respect.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, adhering to their individualized care plans and nursing standards.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs, report any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
  • Participate in resident care conferences to discuss care plans and progress.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) certification in good standing with the state.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
